This clean, charming and glossy room is available in a 4-bedroom apartment in Shaw, Washington DC. About this Home Once you enter our goals are evident with a tone setting green velvet sofa surrounded by mid-century modern walnut accents. Two coffee tables shifted to add spark and a glass dining table for three with a rattan pendant above are just a few of the alluring vignettes to the design. The kitchen, which is in the rear, has been newly renovated and the cabinets have been painted a muted navy. The home features four furnished guestrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The first guestroom is located on a floor of its own along with a full bathroom down the hall. As you move up to the second floor there are three guestrooms all designed with a character of their own. One of the three features an on suite bathroom for the optimal privacy. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities. Guests are required to bring these items with them. We hope this setup meets your needs for an extended stay, and we look forward to hosting you!...
